Terms and Conditions

  


1. Booking and Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and services.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Payments

  • The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival at the event.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, all major credit card, Venmo, cashapp and PayPal. 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing all alcohol, necessary permits, and any event-specific licensing required by local laws.
  • Clients must ensure that the service area is safe, well-lit, and equipped with appropriate facilities (e.g., access to water and electricity if required).

4. Service Time and Overtime

  • Each package includes a set number of service hours as outlined in your booking agreement.
  • Additional service hours must be pre-arranged or approved on-site, subject to an overtime fee of $50/hour.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit but may be applied to a future booking, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit with no future booking credit.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days before the event, and the deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability).

6. Gratuity

  • Gratuities are not included in the package pricing but are always appreciated.
  • Guests are welcome to tip the bartender directly, or gratuity can be prepaid and added to your final invoice.

7. Alcohol Service Policy

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or under the legal drinking age.
  • All guests must present valid identification to verify legal drinking age if requested.

8. Liability and Damages

  • The client assumes full responsibility for the behavior of their guests and any damages caused to the bartender’s equipment or property during the event.
  • We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or legal issues arising from alcohol consumption during or after the event.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel services. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

10. Customer Satisfaction

  • We strive to provide exceptional service. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of your event to address your concerns.
